BAS provides easy access to all standard COBRA communications, even after they are mailed to the continuant, through an online archive in MyEnroll.com.
These communications include PDF versions of COBRA initial rights notices, qualifying event notices, billing coupons, and termination letters (for non-payment and end of term). Other notices that MyEnroll.com generates as part of the COBRA administrative process are also archived.
These communications can be accessed by logging onto MyEnroll.com and clicking on the Participant’s Account Details link in the left-hand menu.
