BAS participated in the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (“NACPA”) Convocation 2023, Focus on the Future from April 30 - May 2, 2023 in Baltimore, Maryland.
The NACPA Convocation provides presentations and workshops that focus on the human resource needs of archdioceses, dioceses, parishes, and other church related organizations.
The National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA) helps its members see HR through the lens of the Church, resulting in faith-based decisions and promoting justice in the workplace. NACPA promotes comprehensive church personnel systems which integrate Catholic social teaching and sound management principles; strengthen working relationships among Church leaders, ministers, and employees; develop church personnel and human resource skills and competence and commit to excellence through Gospel values.
The annual convocation allows members to learn from experts in HR. During the three-day meeting, delegates attend an Opening Ceremony, prayer services, and networking opportunities. BAS sponsored a booth and met with members to explain BAS services.
