This reminder is for administrators who use BAS for ACA data collection and reporting services. The Affordable Care Act requires employers to track employee coverage and hours and to distribute Forms 1095-B and 1095-C each year. Accurate data in MyEnroll360 is essential for timely form distribution and IRS reporting.
As the tax year closes, please log into MyEnroll360 and complete the following tasks.
Go to the Compliance menu and select Account Data Review and Approval. Verify each tab for accuracy. This review must be completed by December 12, 2025.
Under the Compliance menu, select ACA Central to view possible data issues. All updates for the 2025 reporting year must be entered by December 12, 2025.
Ensure all 2025 employee records are complete, including new hires, terminations, coverage changes, and hours. These updates must be finished by December 31, 2025.
