The Secure File Transfer utility in MyEnroll has been updated to even better protect the security of sensitive client information. Secure File Transfer is a feature of MyEnroll.com that allows users to save data directly in MyEnroll and alert a recipient that the data is available for access.
Now, each file uploaded to the MyEnroll SFT site is subject to a virus scan automatically. The virus scan can take about 30 seconds to process, and when it is complete, the user is notified that the file has been successfully uploaded. The SFT also has been enhanced to reject ZIP file uploads which cannot be properly reviewed for viruses.
