BAS enhanced the help system within MyEnroll.com. Under the new system, there is a space for application and/or page-specific help. MyEnroll provides standard help language, but clients will be able to purchase a service enhancement which allows them to customize the help screen for their specific account, location, and/or user type.
The new help system includes multiple help types (text, FAQs, videos) along with user-specific help to ensure appropriate messaging.
