Benefit Allocation Systems, Inc. provides easy and automated COBRA billing and notice administration through Cobra Control Services, LLC (CCS). CCS provides various complementary training opportunities for both employers and resellers of CCS' services (i.e., brokers).
Qualifying event letter training is offered two times per week. A COBRA specialist presents the online training, taking the user through the QEL and initial rights notice process. The trainer goes through every step of requesting and launching a COBRA notice and is available to answer specific COBRA questions.
CCS also offers online training for resellers who offer CCS' COBRA services for their clients. The training reviews how to set up a client in the CCS system, how to use MyEnroll.com, and provides a forum for questions.
After the training, complete user guides are available for easy reference.
