Password Help in MyEnroll

MyEnroll.com's secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model for benefits/administration requires a unique user ID and password for access. 

Requesting a password or password reset in MyEnroll is quick and easy. Simply go to www.MyEnroll.com and click the hyperlink text "Request User ID and/or Password” which is located next to the login button. After clicking this link, the user will see a page asking if the user needs help with User ID or Password.

The user should select the password entry to be taken through a series of questions. This ensures that the password is provided timely and securely. An email from MyEnroll Services with a temporary password will be sent to the verified email address on record. This email will provide instructions for logging back into MyEnroll.com to set a permanent password.

If help is needed with a User ID and/or Password, the user can submit a “Secure Service Request” right from the MyEnroll login screen. The request will be sent to the BAS client services department and will be addressed quickly.
