BAS' Cobra Control Services provides brokers with an online report of all COBRA payment checks sent to their client employers.
On the 15th of each month, CCS mails COBRA remittance checks to each employer who had continuants pay for coverage for the prior month. The check covers the payments received by CCS in the prior month.
CCS prepares a report for the employer with information about the funds in the remittance checks. These reports are available online for easy access. Both the employer and the broker affiliated with the employer’s account may view those remittance reports. Simply log onto www.MyEnroll.com using your user ID and password. Click Cobra on the main menu, and then click on CobraService Home Page in the Home section. Search and select an employer. Then, click Cobra on the main menu again and select Premium Remittance Reports under the History section.
