Location Premium Billing in MyEnroll

Employers with multiple locations use BAS to coordinate billing and collections for insurance premiums. The Location Premium Billing Service through MyEnroll.com allows for the creation of monthly premium billing invoices for various employer locations.  Invoices are maintained online in both PDF and grid-viewable format exportable to Excel.  Location administrators have access to individual location billing information, while employer administrators have access to all invoices across locations. 

When implementing Location Premium Billing Services, BAS works with the client to create an acceptable billing layout.  The bills, once formatted, are tested and approved.  When bills are ready each month, an email notification is sent to the location administrator with instructions for securely accessing the current invoice.  A history of prior billing is also accessible through MyEnroll.com.
