The Participant Account Details link (in the COBRA section of MyEnroll) allows employer administrators to access participant information. Simply search for a former employee or use the drop down box to view all active COBRA continuants, continuants in their election period, terminated continuants, etc.
Administrators can view notification history, COBRA start and end dates, coverage, dependent information and payment history.
