Retiree billing can be challenging and time consuming for employers. To help employers save time and reduce costs, BAS and MyEnroll.com provide support for retiree billing, including premium billings, collections, and communications.  

At the beginning of each plan year, BAS sends eligible retirees a set of the monthly or quarterly billing coupons. BAS also sends reminder coupons each month or quarter to assist in timely payments.   

Once payments have been collected, they are quickly processed in MyEnroll, and retirees’ accounts are updated. Retirees can log onto MyEnroll.com, which offers 24/7 access to account information and correspondence, including previous billing coupons, account billing, and payment information.
