Q.- An employee wants to be reimbursed from her 2015 Dependent Care FSA for sending her children to day camp. We think it is an eligible expense, but she paid the camp bill in 2014. Can she be reimbursed now? 

A.- Yes, if she has a 2015 DFSA. The day camp expense is being incurred now, when the kids are attending camp. It does not matter when the expense was billed or paid. She must have proper documentation for the reimbursement.
